I’ve had the pleasure of working with Martin and Laura both during their time at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment and more recently as consultants through LCM. We've collaborated closely on several key projects, including the VOX cinema expansion and flagship site seat refurbishment initiatives. One standout collaboration was the MOE Theatre project, where we took our existing VIP seat concept and enhanced it with features like integrated heaters, wireless charging, and storage compartments—creating an exceptional customer experience. More recently, we’ve been working on the MOE IMAX OMA, where we introduced a new seat design tailored for fine dining while enjoying the full IMAX experience. Martin and Laura are straightforward, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. What you see is what you get—two committed professionals who deliver with clarity and integrity.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Martin for more than a decade, whilst CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment. During this time, I interacted with Martin initially as a consultant but later as an integral leader within the development team, with Martin integral to the company’s regional expansion into Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East. Martin has a comprehensive technical knowledge of Entertainment, but more importantly a passion for design, development and delivery. Martin’s progression into consultancy and business owner @ LCM Design is the logical next step for such a talented executive. I have worked with Laura on several interior design and refurbishment projects. I have always found Laura to be a joy to work with in both her personality and her creative flair. She remains absolutely focussed on the delivery of any project and communicates well and assertively with secondary suppliers and contractors to meet deadlines and standards. Whilst being able to meet the brief Laura is also flexible in her client requirements. Her personality delivers just as much as her design and management skills.
